Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasonal periods (Black Friday, Christmas), processing may extend up to 5 business days. Your patience during these busy times is appreciated.

Golfgurion ships from our warehouses and manufacturing facilities in Lithuania. Upon receipt of your order, we begin the assembly process for your mini golf product. Please allow a production and shipping timeframe of 3-5 weeks. Orders destined for North America and Europe are anticipated to arrive within 4-6 weeks total.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order. We will assist you and, where applicable, provide a replacement part.

If you are eligible for a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
3. Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the item.

Refunds are processed within 30 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. For damaged or defective items, we provide a return shipping label. For all other eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for return delivery fees.

Order cancellations or changes can be made within 15 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Contact us at info@golfgurion.com. Any associated shipping costs incurred prior to cancellation are the buyer's responsibility.

DAP - Delivered at Place: Golfgurion is responsible for organizing delivery of goods to the agreed location and assumes the risk of goods in transit until they are ready for unloading at the designated destination.

Transportation costs are charged to the buyer as part of the overall service. Import customs clearance, duties, and taxes in the buyer's country are solely the buyer's responsibility.
