Order processing times
Our company is committed to ensuring efficient order processing for our valued customers. Typically, orders are processed within a prompt 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasonal periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, we kindly request your understanding as order processing may extend up to 5 business days. Your patience during these busy times is greatly appreciated.
Shipping times
GolfGurion conducts its shipping operations from our well-equipped warehouses and manufacturing facilities situated in Lithuania. Upon receipt of your purchase, we initiate the meticulous assembly process for your mini golf product. Please allow for a production and shipping timeframe of 3-5 weeks.
Orders destined for North America and Europe are anticipated to arrive within a span of 4-6 weeks.
Returns, exchanges
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. In such cases, we will provide a replacement part of the product.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for items that are not damaged and were received in perfect condition. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products.

If you are eligible for a return as per our policy, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
b. Provide relevant information, including your order number and a clear description of the issue.
c. Follow the instructions provided by our customer support team for returning the item.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
For returns of damaged or defective items, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Buyer is responsible for all delivery fees back to the merchant.
Cancellations
If the need arises to cancel or make changes to your order, such modifications can be accommodated within a 15-hour timeframe following receipt of your order confirmation. To initiate these changes, kindly contact us directly at info@golfgurion.com. Please be advised that you will be responsible for covering any associated shipping costs.
Incoterms
Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place): Golfgurion is responsible for delivering goods to the agreed location. Golfgurion covers transportation costs and risks until goods are ready for unloading at the agreed location. Import customs clearance and duties in the buyer’s country are the buyer’s responsibility.
